Pay attention to the chart. Everytime you choose a new number, the chart changes……but all the multiples of 9 will have the same symbol…..any 2 digits when subtracted with the total of its numbers {28 : 2 + 8 = 10; so 28 – 10 = 18 (a multiple of 9)} will give u the multiple of 9.
